🤓100 years ago writer Carmen Laforet was born at Aribau street, in Barcelona. Her most famous novel is “Nada”, which has won the Nadal awards.
📝 Her personal life was reflected in her literary work: three of her books – “Nada”, “La isla y sus demonios” and “La insolación” – have orphans as protagonists and the author herself lost her mother at the age of 13.
