Our Apartments in the Gothic Quarter
We offer several shared apartments in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, one of the city’s most iconic and vibrant areas. These are historic buildings, with classic architectural charm, and the rooms have been recently renovated to provide modern comfort to our students.
All apartments are located within a 10-minute walk from our Avinyó school and city-centre classrooms. If you’re studying at our Neptú 32 campus, the apartments are about 45 minutes away on foot or around 20 minutes by metro, including walking and transfers.
The Gothic Quarter offers a unique atmosphere, with pedestrian streets, quiet plazas, local shops, cafés, supermarkets, and cultural venues. The area is also well connected by metro, buses, and public bike systems.
Apartment features
- Unisex apartments with 4 to 8 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and at least two bathrooms
- Kitchen includes: microwave, kettle, dishes, cookware, washing machine
- One fridge per room
- Heating and fans in all apartments
- Rooms include: bed, desk, chair, nightstand, wardrobe, mirror, bedside lamp, and individual key lock
What’s included in the rent
- Water, electricity and Wi-Fi
- Bed linen and towels
- Cleaning and maintenance of common areas
- 24-hour assistance
Rental conditions
- Minimum stay: 4 months
- Check-in and check-out only at the beginning or end of the month (never mid-month)
- Surcharge applies for arrivals outside the scheduled check-in times
- Initial deposit required
- Airport pick-up service available
- Possibility to register your address (empadronamiento) – we help you with the process
- Not for tourists – apartments are only available to students of the school and subject to the school’s code of conduct
