Individual Studios in the Gòtic Quarter

We offer three individual studios located on Carrer de la Unió, in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, just minutes away from our Avinyó campus and city-centre classrooms. All studios are less than 10 minutes on foot from these locations, and around 45 minutes walking or 20 minutes by metro from our Neptú 32 campus.

Located in a charming historic building with fully renovated interiors, these studios are ideal for students who seek greater independence while remaining connected to the school’s support network.

Each studio is fully equipped and includes:

  • Bedroom, kitchen, private bathroom, and a small living area
  • Bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, nightstand, mirror, bedside lamp, and individual key lock
  • Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, dishes, cookware, and washing machine
  • Private fridge
  • Heating and fans

What’s included in the rent

  • Water, electricity and Wi-Fi
  • Bed linen and towels
  • Maintenance of shared areas of the building
  • 24-hour assistance and support

Rental conditions

  • Minimum stay: 4 months
  • Check-in and check-out only at the beginning or end of the month
  • Surcharge for arrivals outside the scheduled time
  • Initial deposit required
  • Airport pick-up service available
  • Possibility to register your address (empadronamiento) – we help with the process
  • Not tourist rentals – studios are reserved for students of the school and subject to the school’s code of conduct
